Yes, that’s why I haven’t been here in a while, I borrowed my sons GT 5 that he got for Christmas and I’m really stuck into it, lol. That said, I don’t see me ever getting the platinum trophy though, I’ll probably get around 90% but there are a couple of races that just are impossible, at least for me, to complete. One trophy I do not see me getting is the one where you have to get all gold in every event, I’ve got all the license trophies but I just cannot get gold in them all.
Another really hard trophy is going to be in arcade mode where you have to complete a course in 7 minutes and 27 or 29 seconds, I can’t even pronounce the name of the course that’s how hard this one is, lol. I’ve tried it a few times and although I enjoy trying I can only manage a time of around 8 minutes, I just don’t see me shaving another half minute off this one. Finally, I don’t see me getting the one where you have to drive the red bull car a million miles an hour without going off the track and making a specific time, forget it, i’m not even going to try. It makes me wonder if anyone really has platinum for this game, they must be insane.
Having said all that, I have heard that it is slightly easier if you use a steering wheel, well, I don’t have one 
so definitely no to the platinum trophy but I’m still going to enjoy playing this for a while yet, you can see my trophies as I get them as my Facebook page automatically updates when I get a trophy. The only downside to this game is that I’m not getting any time to play all my other games, I should have never started this one, lol. It really is great fun though.
